Don’t waste your money

The worst eyeliner I’ve used! It transfers to the upper eyelid and smudges. After a few days of giving it a chance it also developed an allergic reaction.

Not sure what goes wrong, it seems to run out of ink. Honestly I really wanna keep it. Maybe I should make an exchange just in case I got a bad lot
