This is my favorite primer for special occasions—super reliable and makes foundation application effortless, leaving a smooth, flawless finish. I’m still using the one I bought a couple of years ago, so I really hope they haven’t changed the formula (and don’t plan to!)

Left a white cast

This mineral primer with SPF was appealing to me, but it left enough of a white cast from the zinc that I would not use it again. It could just be interacting with my skin care products, but this one isn't for me.
