Biggest waste of money.

I got this product and was so excited to use it. It came out of the package I went to use it and it started crumbling and I thought it was just a one time thing but no. It happens everyday half of mine has broken off! Yesterday the whole thing came out and completely shattered. I don’t recommend this to ANYONE. Please do not buy this it was the biggest waste of my money.

Disappointing

It’s not user error, it’s the product. I barely rolled it up after I saw how soft it was and it still broke in half. Before it broke, it would often leave tiny pieces of gel on my face. Such a waste of product and money, it’s way too soft. I wish the consistency was more like the Cooling Under eye stick. So disappointing!
