Been using this for years!!

This has been my go to for literally the last 15 years or so. I just bought a new bottle, and formula seems the same too. I always buy the mini bottles because they last me forever. I just put some on a qtip and swipe across my waterline. I only wear mascara so this is what has always worked for me after washing my face of course! I do find it’s a it oily so I find myself rewashing my dash after using this. swip
