Broke after 6 weeks, no warranty
The mask stopped charging after 6 weeks of use. I contacted Sephora customer care and they said there’s nothing they can do, despite a clear disclaimer that the product has a 1 year warranty. They said I can contact the brand myself but they only have a US website - no local business so they’re unable to help me as well. 2k dirhams in the trash! Very bad on you Sephora.

Poor quality, won’t last very long
I’ve had this for a year and it’s completely stopped charging.
