HOW IS THIS THE TOP RATED LIQUID EYELINER ??DO NOT BUY THIS. It’s horrible it’s watery and barely leaves a black line it’s more like a dusty whisper of a line. I never leave reviews on products and I made an account JUST TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW it’s literally horrible and so gd expensive too it’s the worst liquid eyeliner

Disappointed... not precise for the price!

I bought this because many reviews and comparative articles say that it has great pigment and is best for precise lining. However the felt tip is really not that sharp... the pigment is GREAT and has minimal smudging on my monolids (although I expected much less smudging for this price) most of my other liners like Stila Stay All Day have better precision that this. Disappointed since it's advertised as PRECISION...
