awful eyeliner

I purchased this eyeliner a few time from a department store and buying it from your website was not a good experience. I had to keep sharpening and it kept making my itchy and red. I think the eyeliner was old it was not retracting like it should have.. Thanks from a disappointed customer

Best Eye Liner I have EVER Used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eyeliner is an essential part of my makeup routine -- otherwise I look ill.
