THEE BEST EYELINER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a blue eyeliner pencil and found this one a LM. It is so smooth & such a beautiful color. Not too bright, but just right. I am older and need a pencil that glides on and this is it! Gorgeous! I highly recommend LM Caviar Tightline Eyeliner for a beautiful look. So worth the money too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not impressed. smears. just go get something at the drugstore, it’s creamy so if you want an eyeliner to use as n eyeshadow base this will work, plus, I bought two items but only one was in the package, to their credit they corrected the error in record time which was impressive
