Exactly what I have been looking for in a highligh

To best describe it, it makes your skin look wet without the oiliness texture/feeling. I own the westman atelier lit up highlight stick and it has this oiliness texture and would smear everywhere. This hourglass stick is a true cream that doesn’t move. Exactly what I have been looking for!!
