Deep Black Felt Eyeliner

As someone who doesn’t wear eyeliner, I bought this deep black felt eyeliner to use just for the Breach Tour. Unfortunately, it was not only flaky after a few hours, but the precision tip runs dry after 2 uses. So achieving a perfect thin tip look was basically impossible because it was dried up. I would not recommend and it was lowkey expensive for Dollar Tree quality.

Fine for the price nothing more

Tested liner on my hand, my saliva took it right off ! Plain water did the same thing. I bought it anyway as I was looking for a lower priced liquid eyeliner. I bought it in Black and in Espresso, both looked rich in color. I don't need a waterproof liner but just the same... if it said WATERPROOF then it should be !
