possible allergic reaction?

At mid 40s, my skin is fairly stable. These sticks (well 2, I didn't chance it with the 3rd) made my cheeks nearly instantly break out. I haven't had more than 1 or 2 blemishes during my peak PM's days - and right now I'm looking at clusters of zits welting up everywhere this product touched, including the skin around my lips. Cannot recommend. I'm returning, but really these should be destroyed. Past the reaction, they blend okay, stay greasy *or is that dewy?*, and feels nice when applying. None of which is worth whatever is happening to my face now.

I like the concept and color of these blushes. I’m like a milk chocolate complexion and the pigment was too light for me to wear on my bare skin.
