Lovely product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour HydraPlay Skin Perfecting Daily Moisturizer was a treat to use. The product did not feel gimicky, like what a lot of other products are ATM. The product has a mature smell, which I loved - it felt like I was using a product for my maturing skin (and myself!) The product applies non greasy and applies super nicely. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized, ready for the day (or night in some cases!!)

Lightweight, easily-absorbed, non-clogging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour HydraPlay Skin Perfecting Daily Moisturiser is a good overall moisturiser for those requiring light hydration. I generally suffer from oily skin, however the harshness of this recent winter has left my face drier than usual in certain patches. I found this moisturiser to apply well and sink easily into the skin, without leaving any sticky residue behind. It also left my skin feeling clean, without my pores feeling clogged, a sensation I have experienced with other products in the past. This moisturiser didn’t pill when used with foundation either, which was a bonus. I found the fresh, citrus scent to be very pleasant, however it may be off putting to some as I found it quite strong. I enjoyed using this moisturiser, however I didn’t find it as hydrating as I was hoping. I feel this would be better suited to my skin during the warmer months, so I will save the remaining amount until then. I have rated it the way I have as it didn’t cause me any issues, I didn’t experience any skin irritation or breakouts as a result of using the product, however I don’t feel it made a great improvement to my skin either. I received this product as a gift for my honest review.
