It will break before you can use it

Great product but terrible design. I am on my 5th one because I stupidly keep buying it but the brush breaks every time before I'm even halfway through the color side. It's very frustrating!

the new packaging ruins it

used to be my holy grail and i tried so hard to stick with it but like the last five i bought the packaging just gave out. first the spoolie falls out and the plastic cracks, then the caps crack… so sad to give it up but i just can’t justify continuing to buy a defective product
