It was kinda hard to remove the old refill to put in the new one, but once i put the new refill in, it stays there firmly. I got the original lipstick as a gift, I love the packaging so much that I have to purchase the refill. The shade looks natural and keeps my lips hydrated

Drying and horrible taste

Got this as a gift and it’s truly awful. So incredibly drying and the smell/taste is so bad. I actually cannot believe this passed their quality checks. The other negative reviews are fully valid IMO, which is a shame for how expensive this product is.
