Beauty is pain?

Switched from the fenty blotting powder to this. I love this stuff and keep it in my purse 24/7. I am very fair olive and I use this to touch up makeup under my eyes and t-zone to make it blurred matte but also brighten my under eye back up and it works so well and lasts . My only issue is it stings a little bit? I do not have sensitive skin. A few seconds after I use the powder there is a slight stinging sensation. It goes away quickly and my skin has not shown any signs of a reaction through redness or acne. I’m unsure what would cause this but I honestly enjoy this stuff much to care unless it starts causing issues.
