Holy grail milky toner

I have sensitive, dry, easily dehydrated, and acne-prone skin. This toner is my holy grail! It is thick, milky, calming, soothing, moisturizing, and just so lovely. This is the perfect milky toner for all year long-especially during winter when my skin gets so dehydrated. I love to layer this before applying serums and sometimes, I use it in between serums for extra moisture. I also love the size; you're not going to find many 250 mL toners on the market. I would bathe in this if i could!!! I will forever repurchase (please do not reformulate this product 😆)!
