Best Liquid Eyeliner for watery eyes

I have bad allergies so my eyes are constantly watering plus oily lids too. I literally can ONLY wear aqua resist color ink ALL DAY. It is the best thing i discovered in 2016 and use to this day.

This is a real and honest review. Save your money. I tried to upgrade from my drug store brand liquid eyeliner, and this was a sore dissapointment. It does not last long at all. The drugstore brand is better! Smears after a few hours and the brush is too long and spikey. Save your money.
