Poor product quality

After few days from buying this foundation, the tube literally fell inside the bottle and the pump was stuck inside the cover which allowed the air to be inside as i couldn’t seal it again . When I came back from traveling, I went to the store and explained ,manager Tatiana and Valerie were rude and they did not listen. They kept saying there is no receipt and they can see in front of them in the screen that I purchased this item on 9th of June ,Secondly, they said where is the paper cover and why will I keep the paper cover if I’m using the product . Only When they saw me speaking to Customer Service on the phone they started speaking a little bit nicer and listen to me. Even Costumer service on the phone didn’t even understand what I’m saying and said I can’t return if this after 2 weeks. The product was clearly a manufacturing fault even they saw that and still there was no any compensation of anyway not even speaking nicely. Really bad product bottle quality and very poor costumer service , never again!
