Broken tube

I got a tube that won’t screw up. I didn’t realize until I obviously needed more and now I just have to waste the entire thing since it’s all stuck inside the tube. Super frustrating.

Packaging fail

Just got the product. I use other Milk makeup so I’m sure I’ll like this HOWEVER, the packaging!!!! The little dome shape of the stick is now stuck on the protective lid you’re supposed to remove to use. could be
