OVERRATED - Ramp Down feature is terrible!

We bought this a month ago and will have to say it is the most overrated hair dryer ever. You have to constantly shake the hair dryer or it will go into a slower speed. It is a safety feature but it’s a super annoying hindrance and the function can’t be turned off.
