Dear Drunk Elephant Team, I really love your product — the serum is amazing and works beautifully for my skin. However, I’ve had repeated issues with the packaging. This is already my second bottle, and unfortunately, the pump that dispenses the serum doesn’t work again. It’s disappointing because the product itself is wonderful, but the pump design makes it difficult to use. I think it would be great if you could consider changing the packaging manufacturer in the future. Thank you for your attention and understanding. Best regards, Olga
