The best shampoo for coarse and thick hair

I have wiry greying hair and found that my former shampoo and conditioner no longer work on my hair. I'm so pleased I found Ouai's shampoo and conditioner for coarse hair. It made an overnight difference on my hair texture. No more frizz and weird hair sticking up and out.

dryness that looks like psoriasis

Bought this by mistake over the detox shampoo. I come back to it every once and a while when my other shampoo runs out and everytime it messes up my scalp. It makes it super dry and flaky. Scalp looks red like psoriasis with major tiny white flakes in my hair. Once I return back to the detox shampoo this goes away mostly. Tonight was the 3rd or 4th time so I finally pieced it together that this was the cause. My only known negative reaction is to lanolin (caused rosacea like rashes and itchiness) which isn't listed as an ingredient so I'm not sure what else could be causing the similar reaction.
