Hair loss

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner line from Kérastase for almost a year and recently decided to give my hair a break from it and try something new. I love Kérastase through & through, their products have helped my damaged hair from bleach so much - however, this specific line has made me lose so much density in my hair. Clumps and clumps of hair falling out in the shower with every wash. Once I switched to a new shampoo line, my hair doesn't fall out anymore. This specific Kérastase line also makes my scalp dry and flaky, it is super itchy.

Great shampoo, but very difficult tangling

I have terrible time combing hair after using this shampoo and conditioner. My stylist says my hair is in better shape after one full bottle, but I will have to switch to another product in Kerestase line as it takes 10 minutes to gently brush hair after using this shampoo and conditioner.
