Get the job done

Despite the bad reviews I went a head and purchased this. I took a chance. And it worked perfectly for what I tend to use it for. Which is to apply as eye liner after spraying water to my applicator on top of my eyeshadow. I don’t recommend it for oily skin since it transfers. And yes the packaging was not easy to open. But I had to modify the design flaw using a nail file . I recommend it over liquid based eyeliner since it gives that matte finish instead of glossy like most liquid eyeliners. This eyeshadow can also be used as eyeshadow. As I said, it needs primer to blend well and should be applied on dry skin not oily skin. It gets the job done and has deep rich black pigment.
