Great lotion, bad dispenser

I love The Ordinary, and this is a great lotion. Since I hit menopause, I have had to pay particular attention to moisturizers to make sure they are truly hydrating and moisturizing. This body lotion is lightweight yet does the job. My only problem is the dispenser. I have gone through probably five bottles by now, and whenever I get a new one, I always try to work the pump, but it never seems to work. So I take the pump from the old bottle and put it on the new one. I’ve done this now for the last three or four bottles. Basically, the pump is useless. Additionally, when it gets to the bottom, I have to unscrew the cap and just shake it out onto my hand because the pump will not get the remnants on the bottom. I saw other reviews complaining about the pump. The product itself is great, but I hope that The Ordinary reads these reviews because the pump really needs to be replaced.

Just okay

The lotion is really nothing amazing, it’s not bad by any means just not great. The pump is super annoying and shoots lotion straight out, so it’ll land on (hopefully you), but in my experience it’s more like my walls,shower curtain, rug, etc.
