Absolute flop

I was shocked when this came out in replacement of the previous fabulous duo, which I have used for many years. Why don't you, cosmetic companies, consult or run a poll with your customers BEFORE discontinuing a product and NOT AFTER. We feel offended and let down, despite the fact that it's us who fund the production. We should at least have a say! I don't know who the designer of this new pencil is, but did they really take into consideration quality, cost effectiveness, durability, eco-friendliness into consideration before going for such a waste? Why is there so little product inside and why is half of the pencil wasted for the sake of a brush??? Please have some respect and consideration for your loyal customers by asking for their opinion before taking measures into your hands. Too much "big brother" even in our everyday makeup! Please bring back the duo pencil!

Upset that instant lift brow discontinued

I have sparse eyebrows and shaky hands with instant lift brow I was able to get a good brow line. This pencil is too fine. Please bring back instant lift. I have been using clinique for 45 years and if an item works why remove it.
