Dried out?

Garbage. Mine must have been dried out. Wouldn’t blend and barely stamped. Dried instantly. I tried stamping on my cheeks and it would dry so fast I couldn’t blend and would have 5 dots that clearly looked like the stamp. I could only get one stamp too and it would dry so I would have to redip. I also tried stamping my finger and then pressing on my cheeks. Wouldn’t transfer to my cheeks from my finger either. Drying too fast. Wouldn’t repurchase. I should have returned.
