Great Idea but Minimal Output/Shimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to rate this so low because I had high hopes, but it just doesn’t do much. The packaging is great and it smells good (kind of like a sugar baked cookie). But the output of color/shimmer is minimal. It’s just a little bit shiny (dare I even say greasy). Even wearing minimal or no makeup, it just doesn’t look like much.
