There is almost no pigment, and it applies nothing, like it’s completely dry. I tried warming it up, applying more pressure, even testing it on different surfaces, and nothing helped. For the price, I expected a smooth, creamy formula, but mine feels dried-out and unusable. Definitely not worth it.

Has the FORMULA changed ?? No Bueno !

I’m so disappointed in the Flypencil’s performance ! There is NO way this formula has NOT changed. There was a time when the product glided onto the eye lid but, NO more. This is NOT what I expect from FENTY. Please do better
