The best black eyeliner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner is the best eyeliner you’ll ever have. It’s so hard to find a very black eyeliner that stays! This eyeliner last all day long in my water line and the pigment is super dark. The formula is creamy smooth I love it! This would also works great as a base for a Smokey eye or a Smokey liner( will have to work quickly because once this dries down.. it ain’t moving!!!)
