Disappears in waterline

I bought this for tightlining. It completely disappears in the waterline area within an hour.

Runs and smudges

This was my go to for years without issue. Never smudged no matter how hot and sweaty my face got, and even lasted when swimming. Not anymore. Now it smudges and runs and I have raccoon eyes in an hour. Great colors, but doesn't even last 2 hours much less 25.
