Disappointing - left my hair coarse and dull

I was gifted this when I bought a new hairdryer. I really wanted to like it because it was supposed to be specially formulated for my hair texture. Unfortunately, it just made my hair feel more coarse. It didn't condition it as far as I could tell, and the absorption was minimal. No additional sheen or hydration.

This makes my hair feel so soft and smooth when after applying heat. Will always use this going forward.
