[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lip stain goes on smoothly like gloss, but you have to build up the color, not as noticeable on darker hues. But it was glossy and not sticky which was nice.

Vinyl Cream High Shine Lip Stain

Loved the color and it is not sticky. I used the matte before - it was sticky and was not usable with it by itself. In contrast, this lip stain can be worn by itself as well as layering. Love the color, which for more color variations in the future!
