A big hit!

This eye cream is a winner for addressing dark circles; I have observed a noticeable fading of my under-eye area into a much milder, more even tone. Terrible Formula.

Worst eye cream i’ve ever used. I love PC products but this formula is absolutely impossible. It pills on its own so I can’t imagine it being effective in any way or absorbing into skin if it just sits on top the sins and pills away. Its obviously even worse ynder makeup. A guge miss. Do not but.
