Disappointed - Broken Tip Before Use

unfortunately, the product I purchased came with the applicator tip already broken off inside the tube. I understand these things can happen during packaging or shipping, but for a premium brand, I expected better quality control. I’ve contacted customer service with a photo and receipt, and I’m hoping for a resolution. If you buy this, I suggest checking it in-store before leaving, just in case.

Separates after a while

After applying, it looks very nice and the coverage is quite good but after a few hours it begins to separate and become patchy, no matter what skin prep I do. I also got a colour that's too dark for me.
