Patchy disaster

Wow this stuff is so patchy and hard to blend. It dries in like 5 seconds, so if you want to add a little more or touch up a spot, it leaves a big patch. Texture is very weird too and its hard to apply powder makeup on top of it. Such a shame because its cheap and the color is good.
