WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I really wanted to like this lip liner, but I ended up completely wasting the product. There were no clear instructions on how to sharpen the pencil, and I couldn’t figure it out at all. Because of that, I wasn’t able to use most of it. Super frustrating, especially for the price. I would not recommend unless they improve the packaging or provide better guidance.
