Great Lotion, Terrible Packaging

The quality of the lotion itself is great. The scent is lovely and the lotion is rich and moisturizing. It comes in a nice glass jar, but the pump doesn’t function at all. Because the lotion is so thick, I don’t know how ai’ll be able to get it out of the bottle. When a company spends so much on nice packaging, I can’t imagine how they wouldn’t ensure the pump functions properly. So frustrating!

I really did not enjoy the smell of this. I don’t even know how to describe it? Maybe musky and earthy? Would not repurchase.
