Dry skin excellent toner

I recently discovered this toner which removes any last cleanser residue and leaves my face feeling hydrated and smooth. It has a lid that regulates the amount of drops that come out with each use. This gives me value for money as I use little product each time while my dry skin gets the treatment it needs. There is a pleasant (to me) scent which disappears quickly.
