Flakes and scratches

Got this mascara in one of the gift packages. It flakes, clumps, and the brush is super scratchy! It really scratches your eyes and waterlines while applying! Never had this issue before with any mascara! The ink is very clumpy and so are my lashes after applying… also, it gives me panda eyes after one hour of wearing because of flaking
