Not effective at reducing dark circles under eyes the only benefit i saw is reducing the edema and puffiness under the eyes

Donot recommend
No changes to my eyes at all, instead it burns a lot. My skin around eyes turned red, had small boils and slowly became dry. I tried applying on different days to see if I was pairing it incorrectly! But it was still horrible.
