Seems to work
Seems to work. I have crepey eyelids and this isn't heavy. Only used it a few times but seems to work.

The BEST eyeshadow base/primer!!!
I can't live without the NARS smudge proof eyeshadow base! Been using it for years. It's a game changer for eye makeup!
