Beautiful but does not dry

Beautiful mascara but it does not dry. Gave my husband a hug and it ended up all over his shirt. I had put it on 3 hours before.

I was disappointed in this mascara. I have been trying to find a good tubing mascara for a while and figured I’d use the gift certificate I was given to buy this one. It really wasn’t anything special and comparing it to a much lower price mascara it wasn’t as good. Plus within a month it was dried up and clumping. Will not be buying again.
