I do not like the new formula

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "2x stickier" and twice as damaging to my sensitive skin. I used to love the black stars because they go with everything and they provide an elevated look compared to any other color star, but this new formula is too sticky: it is increasingly difficult to remove the stars from my face after wear, and now, I'm left with star-shaped blemishes lasting days and only accentuating the original issue. Itchy and unappealing: thumbs down.
