Best for Tightlining

I am continually amazed how well the liner does too tight line my watery eyes. I use killer chocolate on my 53 year-old eyes and it looks amazing. Gives the appearance of a thicker lash line and does not migrate.

Not for me

I am not a fan of this liner. It feels thick and clunky. It did not go on smoothly. And maybe because I wasn’t happy with how it applied, I could feel it on my eyelids all day and made me feel off.
