Rich vanilla floral scent

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Givenchy L’Interdit Elixir Parfum was just okay for me. I actually enjoyed the floral notes—they were beautiful and feminine—but the overall fragrance felt a little too rich and intense for my taste. The vanilla-heavy base added a lot of warmth and depth, which made the scent feel quite heavy when combined with the florals. I usually prefer fragrances that are a little lighter, softer, and more airy, so while I can appreciate the sophistication and longevity of this perfume, the overall combination was just a bit too much for me.

The cherry note is smooth and it’s very wearable for date night or when you are feeling cozy yet sexy. Just a beautiful smooth combination of notes that has a moderate projection and long-lasting quality. On skin, it dried down so beautifully and it stays on clothes for days. Would recommend!
