Brown eye enhancer.
Beautiful color, enhances brown eyes. I am not sure about waterproof yet but it does apply easy and it’s not messy like other gel eyeliners, you can apply thin and build it up thicker.

Wanted to love, but I get smudge raccoon eyes
It's not smudge proof It's expensive It applies easily, but I need to apply liquid liner to have it set and smudge less
