Morning staple

I have used Tatcha for years and was excited to try this for my morning eye cream and it didn’t disappoint! Fabulous texture, glides onto skin beautifully and sits under makeup well. Very brightening for the under eye it really delivers and would highly recommend. I use with the vitamin c every morning and they are a perfect combination.
