The formula is so creamy and just melts into your skin. I absolutely noticed my eye area looking smoother and more hydrated after use. Also - the applicator also makes applying feel like a spa experience. The only thing some people might have a problem with is that the cream has a strong scent when first applying, but I find it dissipates after a minute or two! I don't mind it - just something to be aware of.
