AMAZING Product…HORRIBLE packaging care!
I absolutely love this shampoo! It’s the best and it’s not cheap! Very saddened that this pricy shampoo has such an unthoughtful package care! I lost about a week of product due to horrible packaging! I know you are better, Sephora!

not as good as the conditioner
wanted to love this because I'm obsessed with the K18 leave in heat protectant, but it's not for me. my scalp never feels clean after use. also it kinda smells like BO. the conditioner is nice tho
